Ali Ayoub

Associate Attorney

Ali Ayoub is an associate attorney at Latham Law Group, where he brings experience from both public-sector legal service and private practice to the firm's representation of individuals confronting powerful institutions and complex legal systems.



Before joining Latham Law Group, Ali served as Assistant General Counsel for the Wayne County Airport Authority, the independent public agency responsible for Detroit Metropolitan Airport and Willow Run Airport. His work within one of Michigan's most important transportation institutions placed him at the intersection of law, government operations, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and institutional risk.

That background gives Ali a valuable perspective when evaluating disputes involving government bodies, large organizations, and heavily regulated environments. He understands how institutions approach legal exposure and decision-making-and brings that understanding to the careful preparation and strategic advocacy of his clients' cases.

Ali has also been recognized by the American Association of Airport Executives as a Certified Member. The C.M. program requires comprehensive knowledge of airport operations, including their operational, financial, regulatory, and leadership functions.

Ali received his legal education at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and was admitted to practice in Michigan in 2020. His publicly listed areas of experience include aviation law and labor and employment law.
